Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Miami County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division—or any parties involved in the development or maintenance of the RCAS—be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use the RCAS or any websites linked to this system.

System Availability

In the event the RCAS is unavailable due to technical issues or other disruptions, the Miami County Probate Court assumes no obligation to restore access within a specific timeframe.

Data Mining & Bandwidth Restrictions

The RCAS is intended for individual use by the general public. It is not designed or authorized for bulk downloads or data mining. Efforts to extract large volumes of data without express permission from the Miami County Probate Court will be identified and blocked.
