17.01 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CASES
The Court does hereby Order and refer to the Magistrates for the General Division of Common Pleas of this Court all matters and hearings related to domestic relations cases. The Magistrates shall have full authority to regulate all proceedings before them and to do all acts and take all measures necessary for the efficient performance of their duties in making their orders and determinations under this order the full extent permitted under Civil Rule 53.
17.02 CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES
The Magistrates may hear, receive and report evidence and make determinations and orders on civil and criminal matters as assigned to them by the Judges of the Common Pleas Court, having thereby full authority to regulate any proceedings before them and to do all acts and take all measures necessary for the efficient performance of their duties to the full extent permitted under Civil Rule 53 and Criminal Rule 19.
