How to Apply for a Marriage License
Application
You will need to complete the online application for a marriage license linked below. Once the form has been completed and you click the “submit” button a confirmation page will appear. The confirmation page will have the information that you entered in as well as a 10-digit tracking number. Print or take a picture of the tracking number. The tracking number will be needed when you come in to receive your license.
Once you have obtained your tracking number please contact the Court at probatefile@miamicountyohio.gov or call 937-440-6050 to make an appointment with the Probate Court to obtain your license.
In an effort to better assist with obtaining your license, if either applicant is needing an interpreter we ask that you make an appointment with the Probate Court.
