Is there a way to help pay for rides?

We offer two cards that have no cost to apply for. Both do require an application to be filled out and signed with proof needed (specified on the application).

Our Blue Card Application is for anyone 65 years of age or older or with a documented permanent disability

The Title XX Application is based on income. Anyone regardless of age is eligible to apply. Income level must be at or below 150% Federal Poverty Guidelines. MCPT will determine eligibility following JFS criteria. Acceptable documentation for proof of income includes the following:

  • Current Social Security benefit letter
  • Pay stubs
  • Printouts from Job and Family Services if receiving that type of aid
  • Veterans benefit statement
  • Pensions statement
