REQUEST FOR BIDS

MIAMI COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES  (MCDJFS)

 REQUEST FOR INTERPRETING AND TRANSLATING SERVICES

 The Miami County Department of Job and Family Services (MCDJFS) is seeking quotes to provide telephonic interpreting and written documentation translating services for the agency to serve, without delay, those customers who have limited English proficiency skills.

    Telephone Interpretation Services

     Face to Face and/or Virtual Services

     Document Translation

The contract period for interpreting and translating services will begin October 1, 2023, and end September 30, 2024, with two additional one-year terms based upon satisfactory performance.  Questions concerning this request must be presented in writing only to Jennifer.Anderson@jfs.ohio.gov.  Deadline to submit questions is Friday, September 15, 2023.  Questions and answers will be submitted to all interested parties.

If interested in providing these services, submission of quote in writing for all costs involved, languages served, and turnaround time of services must be received no later Friday, September 29th, 2023, at 3:00 PM (EST).  Faxes will not be accepted.  Quote and questions must be submitted to

The Miami County Department of Job and Family Services proudly offers the following services such as: temporary cash assistance, supplemental nutritional assistance program, and Medicaid, subsidized child care, adult protection services, disability assistance and prevention, retention, and contingency services. The Child Support Division establishes paternity, enforces support orders, and collects and disburses child support in order to ensure children receive the financial and medical support they deserve.
