Unsupervised Probation

This level of supervision is a component for defendants who have completed the majority of court requirements. Unsupervised Probation allows the defendants to finish their requirements under minimum supervision, allowing them personal growth and the chance to adjust to maintaining their progress on their own. This is a self reporting, mail-in program. Defendants are supervised a minimum of 3 months under this program, or until all court requirements have been satisfied.
