RULE 19 - VIOLATIONS BUREAU

Pursuant to Rule 13 of the Uniform Rules of Procedure in traffic cases (also see Ohio Criminal Rules of Procedure 4.1) a violations bureau is hereby established for the acceptance of pleas of guilty in those cases not prohibited by the uniform rules. The Clerk of Courts is hereby appointed as Violations Clerk of the Bureau. In accordance with the Ohio Criminal Rules of Procedure Rule 4.1 (E), this Court establishes the bond, fines, and costs per Schedule filed in the office of the Clerk.
