RULE 10 - BRIEFS
RULE 10.1 - SUBMISSION OF BRIEFS
A case shall be submitted to the Court for decision unless arrangements for briefs are made at the conclusion of trial.
RULE 10.2 - TIMELINESS FOR SUBMISSION OF BRIEFS
When requested by a party or by the Court, briefs shall be submitted to the Judge by the plaintiff or moving party within fourteen (14) days and by the opposing party
within fourteen (14) days thereafter. A reply brief shall be filed within seven (7) days thereafter if desired. Upon failure of either party to file a brief within time, the cause may be disposed of at the discretion of the
Judge.
RULE 10.3 - FORM OF BRIEF
All briefs shall be submitted on 82@ by 11" stationary.
