General Supervision Probation

    General Supervision Probation is designed for the general population of offenders that require court supervision to deter continued unacceptable criminal behavior. An offender must placed on this phase of Probation must comply with all requirements ordered by the sentencing Court, which may include but not limited to treatment services, educational services, employment assistance and overall accountability. Offenders are required to provide verification of counseling, employment, and random urinalysis is also incorporated to ensure compliance.

    • 2008 Average Number of participants: 676
    • Probation fees collected fro 2008: $256,369.38
    • These fees are used for the following: Male Female Drug / Alcohol and Mental Health treatment, Equipment / training for Probation Officers, Salaries, Community Treatment Providers.
