General Supervision Probation

General Supervision Probation is designed for the general population of offenders that require court supervision to deter continued unacceptable behavior. A defendant must comply with all requirements of the court, which include treatment services, educational services and monthly office visits. Defendants are required to provide verification of counseling, employment, and random urinalysis is also incorporated to ensure compliance.

Average number of participants monthly: 511 participants

Probation fees collected for 2004: $256,184.12

These fees are used for the following: Male/Female Treatment Facilities, Equipment/Training for Probation Officers, Salaries, Outside service providers.
