This level of supervision is intended to provide supervision to a group of selected defendants who have been charged with a crime, but have not yet been adjudicated. This level allows more defendants to be safely released from incarceration while their case is pending, but also provides protection for the community. This supervision also assists the court to identify defendants who are high risk and/or high need, allowing the court to make the appropriate decisions regarding bond and counseling services. Average number of participants monthly: 80 participants of which 5 are from CPC |
