Community Service

Community Service is a supervised work program used to penalize defendants for non violent offenses. Defendants are required to perform a specified amount of work hours in a supervised setting, as ordered by the court, to benefit the community. Defendants are expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per week to fulfill their requirement. This program is worked 7 days per week. During the summer months, an evening shift as well as a day shift are provided.
