The Recycling Center is located behind the Sanitary Engineering Administration office.

The center is open during regular business hours. 
Residents may drop off clean, sorted materials at no charge.
Call 937-440-5653 for more information.
Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm 
Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm

What do we take for recycling?
  • #1 & #2 plastics
  • Aluminum cans
  • Steel cans
  • Cardboard - (no Styrofoam)
  • Glass containers (all colors)
  • Newspapers
  • Carton containers such as milk & juice
  • Household batteries - please tape terminals of batteries with a voltage of 1.5 or higher

Please rinse containers and discard the lids.

Items NOT taken:

  • Window glass
  • Ceramic materials
  • Plastic insulation
  • #3 - #7 plastics
  • Styrofoam
  • Liquids
  • Hazardous materials
  • Lead acid batteries
    • Lead acid batteries are disposed of through the Transfer Station at the regular tipping fee.
