• A resident of Miami County for 44 years.

• Graduated from Miami East High School - 1984

• Graduated from Edison State College with dual AAS degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Architectural Technology - 1987

• Graduated from the University of Dayton, B.S. in Civil Engineering – 1990

• Employed as Engineering Technician for the Miami County Engineer’s Office - 1990 to 1997
• Employed as City Engineer for the City of Troy – 1997 to 2000
• Employed as Chief Design Engineer for the Miami County Engineer’s Office from 2000 to 2011, until appointed to the position of Miami County Engineer on April 14, 2011.
