Mission & Goals
Mission Statement:
To provide quality public service assistance and information to the residents of Miami County with the goal of protecting the health, safety, welfare and property rights of our citizens and to promote economic and community development for member political subdivisions.
Department Goals:
•
To complete the move and transition to the Hobart Center for County Government.
•
To update the Miami County Zoning Resolution.
•
To assist in the provision of utility services to the Bethel, Concord Township and Union/Monroe Township Service Areas.
•
To implement the Bethel Water Line Project for central water service to the Brandt Community.
•
To implement the FY 99 CDBG Projects for the eligible communities (See Community Development Section).
