NOMAD is a mobile animal surgery hospital, owned and operated by Dr. Laura Miller. Dr. Miller travels all across the state spaying and neutering cats at a greatly reduced rate. Miami Co. Animal Shelter in conjunction with Miami County Humane Society and Animal & Friends Ministry have been associated with NOMAD since September 2000 and, on the average, spay and neuter approximately 300 cats per year.

Applications for the clinic are available at the Miami County Animal Shelter. All applicants must pre-pay to reserve an appointment. Space is limited!
