By law, the Recorder is Secretary of the Microfilm Board which includes the Treasurer, Auditor, Clerk of Courts, and President of the County Commissioners. This Board is responsible for microfilming records for these offices: the Recorder, the Commissioners, the Clerk of Courts, the Engineer, the Treasurer, the Auditor and the Probate Court. |
